Eva Longoria's Divorce Diet & Tips

“This is especially beautiful in a dish that shows off the guacamole’s green, white, and red colors, such as a molcajete–a Mexican mortar (bukan peluru meriam tu!and pestle. Serve with tortilla chips as an appetizer or on top of steak,” Longoria said.

Eva cakap dia sedang berdiet cerai selepas berpisah dengan NBA player; Tony Parker. Sebenarnya, dia sangat sibuk sebab menguruskan 2 buah restoren, berlakon dan menghasilkan buku masakan. [Beliau sudah jadi usahawan berjaya. Suka tengok dia jadi Gaby aka mak Juanita (Desperate Housewives).] 

Petua kurus Eva yang lain ialah seperti berikut:
1. Mesti seimbang & sederhana. Makan healthy food.
2. Minum 3 liter air sehari. Campur hirisan/perah limau dalam air jarang.
3. Makan banyak buah & sayur.
4. Masak sendiri di rumah.
Mudah untuk kawal jumlah garam, gula dan guna keju rendah lemak.
5. Kurangkan makan fast food.
6. Bersenam – lunges, squat, kickboxing etc.
*Pilih apa-apa senaman yang anda suka. So that u’ll keep it up. 
Focus on being healthy.
