Minum air suam


Saya nak kongsi satu emel berkenaan cara-cara minum air.
(Air = air masak / mineral / air 'jarang'! Bukan air bergula - kempen kurangkan gula dalam hidup kita.)





Correct Time to Drink Water....

Drinking water at the correct time maximizes its effectiveness on the human body:

i. 2 glasses of water after waking up - helps activate internal organs
ii. 1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal - helps digestion
iii. 1 glass of water before taking a bath - helps lower blood pressure
iv. 1 glass of water before going to bed - avoids stroke or heart attack

* Setakat ini saya hanya amalkan cara (i) sahaja. Itupon 1/2 gelas, sebab memang dah tak tahan nak masuk wc! :)
